God has blessed DBC with a dedicated faculty and staff. The Day School full-time faculty has earned a Masters degree; the principal has earned a Doctorate. Our teaching staff has been involved in church or mission work for many years. They have hands-on experience in church planting, missions, and pastoral work. The faculty is diverse in several ways. There are international and national lecturers as well as missionaries and national pastors. At DBC you receive personal attention from your lecturers who take real interest in the life of each student. Their offices are open to help the students in any way. Our student to faculty ratio is a low 5:1.
