God has blessed DBC with a dedicated faculty and staff.  The facilitators have earned Honours or Masters or PhD degree; the principal is in pursuit of a Doctorate.  Our facilitators have been involved in church or mission work for many years. They have hands-on experience in church planting, missions, and pastoral work.  The faculty is diverse in several ways.  There are international and national facilitators as well as missionaries and national pastors.  At DBC you receive personal attention from your facilitators who take real interest in the life of each student.  Their offices are open to help the students in any way.
